After our in-depth exploration, we will closely examine each pillar, focusing intently on the areas that need your attention. Your body is uniquely yours and should be trained as such. Like nutrition, there is no one sized fits all approach to exercise. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist & Personal Trainer, I am well versed in all levels of fitness & rehabilitation. Whether you have old injuries, mobility issues, are new to exercise or have graduated from physical therapy after surgery, we work together to help you feel better, move better & gain strength. Weight loss, muscle/strength gain, improve balance & core strength, weight gain, pre & postpartum, injury rehab & more, it’s my mission to help YOU find a way to move your body that you love!
In person Personal Training services are only offered in conjunction with my Health Coaching program.
Corrective Exercise/Rehab services are offered on a case by case basis.

My online workout & coaching plan is $150/mo with a 3 month commitment. Your workout program will be delivered in an easy to use app that allows you to record your reps/weights, make notes, log your food (if desired) and more for us to easily monitor your progress.
Your plan also includes 2, 20 minute coaching calls with me each month where we discuss your progress, the next phase, go over any questions you have regarding nutrition or lifestyle or any other area you're needing focus on.
My husband & I are proud to be one of the few Veteran owned & operated 24/7 gyms in the Spring/Woodlands area. While most of my personal clients prefer my private home gym, we have expanded to a brick & mortar location & have a fantastic arsenal of trainers, equipment & space to accommodate everyone. We proudly welcome all fitness levels & offer discounts to our Military, Veterans & First Responders.
